Most guys are arriving on this day, so the meeting room will be open for mingling at 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Grab yourself a quick lunch and be back to the meeting room by 12:30. If you are eating breakfast or lunch in the hotel (both days), feel free to bring your meal into the meeting room.
12:30 – Orientation
We’ll review our planned meals and activities and walking directions. We’ll also share handouts so you can find your way around.
1:00 – Introductions
We’ll share what we’ve done since our days at Cam Ranh Bay. Exchanging our experiences (our family, hobbies, future plans,…)
2:30 – Break
Collect for the Fiesta Dinner on Monday night (cash or check).
2:45 – Open mic
Sharing thoughts/concerns about our group
3:30 – Reunion Games
Based on your responses to questions, it could win you a prize.
Who drove the farthest to get to SA? Who traveled the farthest to get to SA? Who is the oldest person to make all of our Reunions? Who has the most grandchildren? Who served the shortest time in the Army? Who has been married the longest? Who served the most months in Vietnam?
4:30 –Break
Time to freshen up then head to Lone Star for dinner (order and pay on your own). We have reservations for our private room.

Meet at the Alamo to tour, optional photo opts at the Cenotaph and Alamo. 5:30 – Fiesta Buffet
(All you can eat), enjoy The Texas Cavaliers River Parade from our private room with balcony on the 3rd floor above the Barriba Cantina / County Line BBQ. Enter the Barriba Cantina at street level and ask for directions to the elevator or take the stairs up to level 3.
8:30 – Cake Dessert
